My Story

Hey, Hi, Hello! I'm Bea -- the mind behind Indigo Bea.

I'm a late-diagnosed ADHDer with a soft heart, a loud mind, and a deep love for systems that actually work for the beautifully chaotic. After years of masking, misdiagnoses, and feeling like I was somehow always "too much" or "not enough," I finally found the missing piece -- and everything started to make sense.

Indigo Bea was born from that shift -- a space to share the life hacks, gentle truths, and supportive tools I wish I'd had sooner. Here, you'll find reflections from the messy middle, not the perfect end. I write to help you feel seen, laugh a little, and maybe even find a routine that doesn't make you want to cry.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, still figuring things out, or just tired of trying to fit into neurotypical boxes -- welcome. You belong here.

A Little Note Before You Go

I am not a medical professional -- just a blogger with lived, experience, a lot of curiosity, and a heart for helping my fellow neuro-spicy humans. Nothing here is meant to replace professional advice -- just some cozy guidance from one overthinking, overwhelmed brain to another.
